How Eye-Dears works
Eye-Dears is your go-to online resource for mosaic supplies. Our tiles and inserts are specially curated for you so you have all the supplies at your finger-tips to enable you to create a fantastic mosaic. All this without having to leave the comfort of your home
Here at Eye-Dears we use PUDO to deliver your order at no cost to you if you are based in South Africa and if your order total is R500 or more. It is the most reliable, cost-effective means of getting your goods to you and it means you can pick up your order at a time convenient to you thereby avoiding missing a courier delivery that might occur when you are not at home.
Delivery will take 1-4 days.
You can, however, select door to door shipping at checkout if you would prefer.
Yes, you can select door to door shipping at checkout for which there is a fixed rate fee for parcels up to 15kg.
We also have the option of "pick up in store" which you can select at checkout if you would like to collect your order from our main gate if you live in or around Howick.
Your order will be sent to you by DHL. We will email you a tracking number and you will be able to track your parcel at:

Orders
We take 1 to 2 days to process your order and then it will be shipped. You will be sent a notification when the order has been shipped.
Once you have fallen in love with an item, just add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart" button. Products in your cart are not held for you until you proceed to and complete the checkout process
After you've placed your order, if your order is being sent by PUDO, you will need to advise us by email what your nearest PUDO locker is before we are able to ship your order to you. You can do this by completing our contact form found on the PUDO delivery page or by emailing us directly at eyedearsco@gmail.com
If you are an overseas customer or have selected door to door shipping, you will be notified when you order has been shipped and advised of the waybill number.

Payments
We accept secure payment by Peach Payments, who accept Master Card, Visa and all major credit/debit cards both locally and internationally
You can comfortably and securely pay with your credit card during checkout. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
As an overseas visitor to our website, you will be able to see all our prices in USD, CAD, GBP or EUR on our products pages if you use the currency selector at the bottom of the page. However after you have added products to your cart, at checkout the total will appear in South African Rands. This unfortunately is not something we can change but you can use a currency converter calculator to see the total in the currency you intend to pay in and your payment will be securely processed through Peach Payments.
Shipping
Shipping times will vary. The order will be processed in 1-2 days. Please have a look at our shipping policy at the bottom of this page for more detailed information
We completely understand that delivery sometimes just can’t come fast enough. If you are interested in express delivery, please get in touch with us prior to your order at eyedearsco@gmail.com Please note that all express shipments are subject to a surcharge.
Returns
Yes! We are certain that you will love what you have purchased from us, but if you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it to us, provided it arrives undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible to be returned. We accept returns from South African addresses only. To start a return, please go to our returns page.
If you believe you received an incorrect, misrepresented, or defective item we do our best to process your refund swiftly. Please follow these simple steps:
1. Send us an email at eyedearsco@gmail.com that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error.
2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will ask you to return the goods.
3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received by us.
